뜻오줌, 소변 위오줌

오줌 또는 소변(小便)은 신장을 거쳐 방광에 저장되었다가 요도를 통해 나오는 액체이다.
오줌의 생성은 신체 내 무기염류와 물 등의 기타 물질의 균형을 유지하도록 도와준다. 예를 들어 과다한 칼슘은 오줌을 통해서 배출된다. 오줌은 또한 체내 축적될 경우 신체에 해로운 요소와 암모니아를 배출해낸다.
오줌의 성분을 추출하여 혈전증의 특효약으로 사용되기도 한다. 1968년에 일본에 수출되기도 했다.
