- 범죄(犯罪, 영어: crime)는 죄를 짓는 일이나, 지은 죄를 가리키는 용어이다. 범죄한 사람을 범죄인 (犯罪人)이라 부른다.
- 형법상 범죄는 법규를 어기고 저지른 잘못을 가리킨다. 이는 범죄의 구성요건에 해당되고, 위법하고 책임있는 행위이어야 한다. 이 3가지의 요건 중 하나라도 부족할 경우 범죄가 성립하지 않는다.
